We use trusted, industry-standard cleaning products such as Dawn, Mr. Clean, Windex, and other cleaners that we know work. Prefer that we use your products instead? No problem! Just let us know ahead of time. It's your home, and we want you to feel comfortable with every aspect of our service.

No. Because we work efficiently (it's in our name!), we charge based on the scope of work rather than the amount of time spent cleaning.
We provide free, accurate quotes for your service, and if the scope of work changes, we'll discuss any adjustments with you before proceeding.

This depends on your lifestyle, household size, and personal preferences. For most clients, we reccomend a biweekly service.

In most cases, yes. Depending on the condition of your home, we typically recommend starting with a deep clean before moving to a recurring maintenance schedule. This allows us to establish a high standard of cleanliness that can be easily maintained going forward. We're always happy to discuss options that fit your needs and budget.

Absolutely! We love pets and are happy to clean in pet-friendly homes. We don't mind the occasional bark or curious furry supervisor. However, if your pet is aggressive or may become stressed during the cleaning, we ask that arrangements be made to keep them away from the areas being cleaned.

Please don't be! Our job is to help people create clean, comfortable spaces, and we've seen homes in all kinds of conditions. We provide a completely judgment-free service and are here to help, not judge.

Not at all. Many of our clients provide access to their home and return once the cleaning is complete. If you'd prefer to be home during the service, that's perfectly fine too.

Yes. We carry insurance for your peace of mind and the protection of both our clients and our team.

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit card, e-transfer, cash, and cheque.

No problem! Plans change. We simply ask for at least 48 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees and to allow us to accommodate other clients.
